FAQ: ARE YOUR CERTIFIED TRANSLATIONS ACCEPTED IN THE US?

Yes! Our certified translations are readily accepted by every company and organization in the United States, including immigration offices, courts, and educational institutions. When we send you the translated documents, they will be accompanied by a Certificate of Translation Accuracy, which states that our translation is a “true and accurate” translation of the original document. This certificate will bear our translation stamp, as well as the name, signature, and contact information of one of our company representatives.

Documents that commonly require certified translation include marriage and divorce certificates, birth certificates, bank statements, and diplomas.

FAQ: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST & HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

We calculate our fees based on the number of pages in your documents, and we offer discounts for large projects. Alternatively, we may provide a quote based on the total word count of your document. In both scenarios, we are always upfront and transparent about our pricing.

The turnaround time is influenced by the size of the project, but for smaller assignments, we generally complete translations within 1-3 business days. To reduce the likelihood of delays, please ensure your document is legible and error-free.
