FAQ: ARE YOUR CERTIFIED TRANSLATIONS ACCEPTED IN THE US?
Yes, our certified translations are readily accepted by companies and organizations across the United States, including USCIS, courts, banks, and universities/colleges. A Certificate of Translation Accuracy will be included with your translated documents upon delivery. This certificate will state that the translation is a “true and accurate” copy of the original document and bears the official stamp, as well as the name, signature, and contact information of one of our company representatives.
Documents that commonly require certified translation include marriage and divorce certificates, birth certificates, bank statements, and diplomas.
FAQ: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST & HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Our pricing is determined by the word count or number of pages in your document as it’s the fairest and most accurate method of assessing costs. If you’re unable to share the document for confidentiality reasons, we can offer a preliminary non-binding estimate. We are also willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving the document to protect your sensitive information.
The turnaround time depends on the project’s size and complexity. Typically, we complete shorter assignments in 1-3 business days, but we also offer a same-day service for urgent projects.
