Yes, our certified translations are guaranteed to be accepted by USCIS, courts, banks, and academic institutions in the USA. When we send the translated documents, we include a Certificate of Translation Accuracy, which affirms that the translated document is a “true and accurate” copy of the original. The certificate will bear an official stamp and will include the name, signature, and contact information of a representative from our translation company.
Common examples of documents that require a USCIS-certified translation include passports & IDs, birth and death certificates, marriage and divorce certificates, diplomas, bank statements, and medical records.
FAQ: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST & HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Our pricing structure is based on the number of pages or number of words in your documents. In both cases, we are transparent in our pricing, and there are never hidden charges when working with us. We also offer discounts for projects with many pages or a high word count.
The turnaround time is determined by the complexity and size of the project. For smaller projects, we can usually finish the translation within 1-3 business days, but we also offer a same-day service for clients who require the translations urgently.
