FAQ: ARE YOUR CERTIFIED TRANSLATIONS ACCEPTED IN THE US?
Yes! Our certified translations will be officially recognized by any company or organization in the USA, including United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), courts, and educational institutions. When we send you the translated documents, we will provide a Certificate of Translation Accuracy, which attests that our translation is a “true and accurate” copy of the original document. The certificate will also include our stamp, as well as the name, signature, and contact information of one of our company representatives.
Documents that commonly require certified translation include marriage and divorce certificates, birth certificates, bank statements, and diplomas.
FAQ: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST & HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
The pricing of our translations is calculated based on the word count or number of pages in the document. This means that we usually require the client to send us the files before we can provide a quote and turnaround time. Understandably, clients sometimes have concerns about sharing confidential documents, in that case, we can usually provide a preliminary non-binding estimate. We are also open to signing a non-disclosure agreement to ensure the security of sensitive information during the quotation process.
The turnaround time varies depending on the project’s size and complexity, but generally, we complete shorter assignments within 1-3 business days.
